". . . Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching comes the changes. . . The tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleanded surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will - to your surprise - miss them profoundly. . . Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey. . . For one day each of us will run out of tomorrows." -Pres. Thomas S. Monson

hApPy 4tH!

Well, here are a few pictures from the 4th! We had a blast! { apart from the fact that I was sick, but I pushed through for the sake of the holiday:) Both Baylee and I threw up} There is no other city like Kaysville in their celebration of the 4th! No matter where we live, we will always celebrate there. We went to the breakfast at the DATC first in the morning {which my Dad puts on I might add} before the parade, and then we made it down to Main Street to watch the festivities unfold:) All of our family sits in the same spot every year. . .

Hunter loved it this year! {Even though he doesn't look like it in the pictures:) } He seriously is such a stink when it comes to pictures! He knows when I'm taking them. He will be all smiles and then as soon as I point.... smile, gone.

Me and Bri!
The kids would sit down a lot to take a break from all the running back and forth to get the candy!

More Candy Grabbin'. . .

More sittin' and eatin'. . .

My little dude! I love him:)

Hunter got a frisbee and Tyler put his nerds on it so he could eat them better, but of course this became a hot item for the cousins:) So here Ty is trying to teach Hunter that he needs to share his treats with his buds... Hunter was a little resistant to that :)
He caught on and they all enjoyed!

You could have glued Bay's hands to this bottle and she wouldn't have cared or probably noticed! She loved that thing! Very worthwhile $0.99 purchase Jen;)

Will was crackin me up! He found the bucket of water halfway through the parade and just started splashing away! You can see that Char was standing close and it got her! Oh hilarious! I love her face:)
Taco Time threw red, white, and blue necklasses! They were a hit!

More treats for his frisbee:)
Here's Emilee, Derek and Suz! {Emilee is Derek's new girlfriend whom we love!}

Uncle Ryan gave Hunter a basketball as he went by for his dad's company... It was awesome! Hunter loves it! Thanks RY:) He also gave Bay this princess kit, which you can tell was also a hit!

Hunter seriously scored at the parade! It was amazing... people would just come over and hand him stuff! {it's got to be the red hair!} He got the basketball, a bouncy ball, 2 frisbees, the necklasses, a rubber gel ball, a tie, a heart shaped fuzzy pillow, pens, and tons of candy of course!

We then went over to Ty's parents house cause Hunter crashed! Ty followed suit, and so we ate & played bocce ball til they woke up:) Look at that form!
After Hunter woke up, he wanted to play all by himself! It's my favorite to watch... everytime he picks one up he goes "eavy, eavy" {which means "heavy, heavy"} and he grunts like it's so hard! Oh, he makes me laugh!
Look at that cute little bum!
Hunter and I also got in the hot tub cause he wanted to play in the water. He loves water! {Okay, really the better word is obsessed with water!} It did feel really good on my upset stomach though;)
We then moved the party to my parents house!

Hunter loves to swing on Nana & Papa's swing set! Especially with them:)

We also played badmitton. Emilee and I decided we could take Suz and my Aunt Louise, but holy smokes did they show us up! My sweet Aunt Louise is one of the most humble, soft-spoken ladies you will ever meet, but boy does she have an athletic/competitive side;) I couldn't stop laughing! So, they killed us needless to say!

We then went to the fireworks at DHS. This was Hunter's first time seeing them cause last year he was so little we were afraid they'd scare him. Which we were probably right;) Baby Caroline did not like them one little bit! Hunter loved them! He couldn't stop moving though... he'd go from Mommy, to Nana, to Papa, to Bompa, to Daddy, to Momma, to Grandpa Wright, to Uncle Joe-Joe, to Aunt Jenn, to Uncle Derek & Auntie Em, back to Mommy and then do it all over again! Wow! He's non-stop;) We then finished up with our own little fireworks at my parents again, just for Hunter:) They are his favorites!
Oooooooohhh........

Aaaaaaaahhh.........

And that was our 4th! Happy day America! We love you:)
