". . . Day by day, minute by minute, second by second we went from where we were to where we are now. Time never stands still; it must steadily march on, and with the marching comes the changes. . . The tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleanded surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will - to your surprise - miss them profoundly. . . Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey. . . For one day each of us will run out of tomorrows." -Pres. Thomas S. Monson

Little Jaunt Up Farmington Canyon

For a family night we went riding up Farmington Canyon with Rick, Cindy, Alicia, Gordon, Grandma and Grandpa (of course), and Derek & Emily. It was Derek first experience with the ATV's. He had a blast! We roasted hot dogs and marshmellows. It was so much fun! It was a little cooler than I thought it was going to be, but the fire warmed us right up! Hunter absolutely loves riding in the Ranger. He is definitely our little outdoors dude! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Looks so fun. I've been telling Jake I need to get up the canyon and have a foil dinner and go for a little hike. If you guys go again, let us go and we'll tag along! Glad you had a good time.
